Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on k1gam. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If a Player is found to hold multiple accounts, k1gam reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with anti-fraud and money laundering prevention procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1gam account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. k1gam will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must immediately notify k1gam's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
k1gam is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. k1gam reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are processed once KYC verification is complete. Verified accounts submitting JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests can expect processing within an average of three (3) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour on average.
k1gam reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. During such checks, processing times may be extended. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
k1gam reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an account if a Player is found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, any bets affected by the malfunction shall be considered void. k1gam will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction, and any winnings generated from a malfunctioning game round may be withheld pending investigation. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

k1gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false KYC documentation, or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 7.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, k1gam reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, void any outstanding bonuses, and, where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their k1gam account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and k1gam, the Player must first contact k1gam's support team via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. k1gam aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1gam holds its operating licence. Players access k1gam from Pakistan subject to the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, and it is each Player's responsibility to ensure their compliance with applicable local laws.
In the event of any dispute relating to game outcomes or bet settlement, k1gam's server records shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions, game rounds, and outcomes. Where a Player's recollection conflicts with k1gam's server records, the server records shall prevail in the absence of evidence of a material system error.
k1gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — k1gam will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's account before the amended Terms take effect.
